POSITION OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS:

Southcoast Hospitals Group seeks an experienced nursing executive to serve as Vice President, Patient Care Services for Charlton Memorial Hospital. This newly developed and highly visible leadership role is responsible for developing hospitalwide patient care programs, policies and procedures.

We’re looking for a results-oriented nursing leader with a passion for providing excellent patient care, and a track record of building successful teams, managing finances and resources effectively, and fostering collaborative relationships.

Seven-plus years of leadership experience within a community hospital, a BS in nursing, and a master’s degree in nursing, business, hospital administration, or related field are required.
