POSITION OVERVIEW AND REQUIREMENTS:

VNA Health Care, a member of the respected Hartford Health Care Corporation, seeks a new COO to lead clinical operations for this highly regarded home health/hospice organization serving 80+ communities in the Greater Hartford/Waterbury areas. A key member of the senior team, the COO reports to the CEO, and is charged with implementing the organization’s ambitious goals. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven record of success in a homecare/hospice organization. A Master’s degree is preferred.
